Litigation Support / Legal Administrative Assistant

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Litigation Support Professional to join our team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across legal document preparation, court filings, and office operations. Key Responsibilities:

Document Preparation & Filing

  • Prepare, proofread, and finalize motions, briefs, and legal filings
  • Generate and format Tables of Contents (TOC) and Tables of Authorities (TOA) (Best Authorities preferred)
  • Finalize documents using Acrobat Pro, including bookmarking and court-compliant formatting
  • Apply advanced formatting using styles and tools such as CCC Macros
  • Coordinate with paralegals to assemble exhibits, appendices, and supporting materials
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and judge-specific rules

File Management & Collaboration

  • Manage and organize documents within iManage/Litigation Library systems
  • Support team workflows through shared inbox management and collaboration tools
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure timely filings, including after-hours support when needed

What You Bring:

  • Experience in litigation support, legal administration, or a similar professional environment
  • Strong document formatting, proofreading, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with tools such as Acrobat Pro, Best Authorities, CCC Macros, and iManage (preferred)
  • Working knowledge of court filing procedures and legal document standards
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a proactive, detail-driven mindset
